Question: Od kolika stupňů mam srážet teplotu?

Answer: Jak to bude víc než 37 stupňu, hnedka srážet.

This person has tonsilitis and a fever and is vomiting and the doctor is not taking her seriously.

So I am thinking it is something like when she can start to try to bring her temperature down:
- break the fever
- bring down the fever
- treat the fever
- relieve and reduce a high temperature

But I am not sure as this seems like a strange situation to me to wait until a certain temp to take action.

napr. lower/ reduce temperature - snizit teplotu
Avsak v nasledujici kombinaci slov je vyjadrena duraznost, sila, determinovanost:
bring him down - srazit ho dolu, strhnout ho, srazit na kolena atd. A to stejne lze vztahnout na teplotu.

disagree  Jiri Lonsky: Strictly speaking, the instruction does not really state that the temperature will be reduced below 37. It only says that attempts to reduce BT shall begin when it exceeds 37 degrees.
