Czech to English translations [PRO]
Medical - Medical: Cardiology / echocardiography
Czech term or phrase: heteroechogenní separace vs tuk
Perikard: za PK heterogenní separace vs tuk šíře okolo 11mm, vs hematom, dále anechogenní separace za PS

I'm not sure how to put all this into English. I take 'PK' to be the right ventricle. In particular, I'm not sure of the significance of 'vs' here.

heterogenous layers - adipose tissue and hematoma

Explanation:
I would think 'vs' is just a separator here - something is behind RV and something is behind RA. But guessing only too.
