do této doby Explanation: I'm responding here instead of in the discussion panel because, while I had typed out my input and sent it there, it hasn't showed up there. This sentence seems to refer to the electricity supplier's delivery terms in cases of overdue payments. If so, it means this: Under the conditions of the contract, the supplier will provide electricity to the customer for a maximum of 33-34 days after the bill is due, and if no payment is made within that 33-34-day period (i.e., within 33-34 days from the day the bill was due), the supplier will shut off the electricity. To me, both the Czech and Hungarian versions seem fine (if vague since we don't know the context). I'll add that I often have trouble translating 'lhůta' into English because it can be both 'period/term' and 'deadline', and deciding which to use and how to construct the sentence can sometimes be tricky. |
