Czech term or phrase: Pravolevá orientace zvládnutá pouze v rovině
This is from a Czech report on child who has special education needs, in the examination section:

"Pravolevá orientace zvládnutá pouze v rovině, obtíže motorické a koordinační."

I don't quite understand how to translate the above into English. Right left orientation is pretty clear, but I can't picture what the last part means.

Appreciate ideas on how to translate this phrase into English.

Thanks,

Stephen

Right-left orientation mastered only in plane
Explanation:
As opposed to in space. The need for this distinction comes from the fact that these skills are usually learned with the help of 2-dimensional images laid out on the table. To transfer the skill into the "real world" of 3-dimensional surroundings is a significant qualitative leap, therefore the distinction.

-> Motor function is also a common phrase in evaluation; I have worked with a child with autism, I know.
