RWC code Explanation: These are frequently used abbreviations: TP (Technicky Prukaz) = Technical (Roadworthiness) certificate OTP (Osvedceni o Technickem Prukazu) = Certificate of a TP being issued What is the difference? Why do you need a Certificate of having another certificate? The "TP" has all the details while the "OTP" is just a simple proof it has been done. You might need to keep it in the glove box of your car to show at a roadside check if you get stopped by the police. The equivalent in Australia is the RWC - abbreviation for Roadworthiness Certificate, but the correct version grammatically would be Certificate of Roadworthiness, see the link below to see what it includes. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 3 hrs (2018-06-05 21:47:49 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- STK (Stanica Technicke Kontroly) = Vehicle Testing Station https://www.vicroads.vic.gov.au/registration/roadworthiness/get-a-certificate-of-roadworthiness |
