Jedná se o nouzové vypínací tlačítko. Celá věta je:

Nouzové stop tlačítko tj. červený hříbek se žlutým terčem s označením "Nouzové zastavení" je umístěn na tlačítkovém panelu stroje tak, aby byla lehce dosažitelné.

It is a description of an emergency stop button. As far as I can tell, "red mushroom" would be nonsense...
