Okay, last post (promise). The catalogue of products at https://www.fargro.co.uk/sites/admin/plugins/elfinder/files/... (it takes a while to load) has an entry called “Harvest interval”.
Sometimes, for example, this is “21 days before harvest” (which is our PHI), but with certain products you will find, for instance, “restricted by crop stage”, “varies according to crop and situation”, and “variable depending on crop”. I think any of these three could be used for aplikační termín (in your specific case the first one), though a neat abbreviation seems to be out of the question.

Take a look, for example (one of many), at http://www.pcs.agriculture.gov.ie/media/pesticides/content/a... . There are two columns at the end. One is “latest time of application”, the other “PHI”. Often they are the same (a number of days), but occasionally the “Latest…” column uses a remark such as “before crop emergence” or “before flowering or after harvest”, indicating that this is your “AT”. The only problem is that you can’t use “latest time of application” in your translation (it works as a column heading, but not as a row item). So… what? “Product-specific LTA” (???), or perhaps Charlie’s solution.
