Cini mi se da je greska i da oznacena 'izjava' u stvari treba biti 'odluka'. Je li moguce? Izjava se inace odnosi na izjavu o osnovanju, sta sam preveo kao 'memorandum of association', a ovdje me zbuni.

Mislila sam da ste pitali za prevod "Izjava" na engleski.
Prema datom redoslijedu i kontekstu, i meni se takođe čini, da pod označeno treba da stoji ODLUKA, a ne izjava.
Tu je greška u pitanju.

Inače izmjene izjave o osnivanju društva, društvenog ugovora ili statuta donese se odlukom članova društva ili drugog tijela ukoliko je to predviđeno tim temeljnim aktom društva - to može biti Skupština, ali u ovom konkretnom slučaju te izmjene, a radi se ovdje o promjeni sjedišta, donose članovi društva odlukom od xx.xx.xxxx. godine.
