I to sve za isti posao.

Na forumu (ne znam sad kojem) imate dosta tema o ovom pitanju kao i različita objašnjenja navedenih pojmova.

"reading" se razlikuje of "editing" po tome sto je "reading" vezano za citanje literarnih tekstova fakultetskog nivoa radi uspostavljanja kvaliteta, dok je "editing" korekcija tekstova iz bilo koje branse. lektori su "readers" a korektori "editors". evo nekoliko izvoda iz American Heritage Dictionary:
