delibacijski ili delibatorni postupak (delibacija) (latinski: delibare kušati), postupak koji sud vodi temeljem zahtjeva za priznanje ili izvršenje strane sudske odluke u statusnim stvarima (bračni status, odnos roditelja i djece, usvojenje djece i sl.), kao i izvršenja odluka stranih sudova.
