English translation:Analysis and Interpretation of the Abhisamayalamkara: A Revelation of Justice Based Upon Prajna
Explanation:
As commented under Phil's answer, this book is part of a series of analyses and interpretations of the Abhisamayalamkara. The name of this part is called 顯明般若義之燈. I have not managed to find any search results for the official English translation of this book. So, I am just offering my suggestion here.

《現觀莊嚴論》:Abhisamayalamkara
釋: Analysis and Interpretation

顯明般若義之燈
==============
顯明:Revelation
般若:Prajna, which relates to the perfect wisdom of a Buddha (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wisdom_in_Buddhism)
義: Justice
之燈: Light of, but IMO, it can also be interpreted as guidelines.

So, it is essentially a revelation of justice based on Prajna guidelines (can be shortened to 'based upon Prajna').

Hope this helps.

disagree  Ambrose Li: It’s the in the right direction, but it’s not the answer. This is just 現觀莊嚴論. The book being asked is a specific commentary (釋) of it.

  -> From the Wiki page: "The AA contains nine chapters and 273 verses. Its pithy contents summarize—in the form of eight categories and seventy topics—the Prajñāpāramitā ("Perfection of Wisdom," abbreviated PP) Sūtras" The AA is itself a commentary.

neutral  Sharon Toh, MITI MCIL: I agree with Ambrose. This book is part of a series of analyses and interpretations of the Abhisamayalamkara. The name of this part is 顯明般若義之燈.
