English translation:没有分别
Explanation:
在用在动词的情况下,这两个词在英语中没有分别。不管是打印在一张A4的纸上还是打印成篇的书,作为一个动作都是‘print'.
在用在名词上,就可能会有’printing‘和'publishing'的区别。要看上下文的说法。

print / press

Explanation:
They are really close. But the difference might be that if you "打印", it's from a "printer", if you “印刷”, it's from a "press"

print, 打印
press, 印刷, like "going to press".

And if you use 印刷 as a verb, I think it's still "print". "Press" should be a noun, referring to the mass printing maching.

neutral  Ambrose Li: It’s not this simple. Actually “printer” can mean both 打印机 and 印刷厂/印刷商. It all depends on the context.

neutral  milse: I agree with the distinction you're making — that 打印 is generally home or office printing, whereas 印刷 has the feeling of larger, more commercial printing — but, as you say, this difference doesn't show itself in the English verb.

Try translating 打印 as "send to print" or "print out" instead of just "print".

Explanation:
From 'thefreedictionary.com':

print out
vb (tr, adverb)
(Electronics & Computer Science / Computer Science) (of a computer output device, such as a line printer) to produce (printed information)
