Proprietary Trademark Explanation: I think you can called it "Initiated Trademark" which means you have created the trademark and intend to call it your own. (in the process of registering it) But somehow, I feel "Initiated" is still a little weak in view something you "initiated"; somebody can still called it their own later (by hook or by crook). To me, 創設, in this case, is a proprietary creation - you created it and you own it. You may want to consider to call it "Proprietary Trademark". |
