Chinese term or phrase: 技法逐漸「失傳」
Hi all,

I was wondering how you would translate 「失傳」when referring to "the gradual loss of a traditional skill or technique"

It's just "the gradual loss of...." or the "gradual disappearance of..." sound weird, and paraphrasing to "they no longer engage in ..." does not accurately express the intention of the source text.

The full sentence is 「苗族的刺繡工藝已逐漸失傳」 for more context.

Thanks in advance.
