I suppose the towing company deals with taping up vehicles whether it is asked to do so by the police or a court order. It is believed the vehicle involved in the incident was a red Nissan. It can also happen when a vehicle has been stolen then abandoned. A towing company is then hired to tow the vehicle away. Though I'm not really sure. |
