"A les 16:45 hores la patrulla va contactar amb qui consta com a testimoni dels fets, el qual va manifestar que hi era a l’andana del Pg. XXX amb intenció de creuar el mateix en sentit de mar a muntanya. Que el semàfor que afectava als vianants lluïa en vermell quan l’atropellat va incidir a la calçada, moment en què aquest fou abastat per la motocicleta la qual va caure a la calçada arran del cop.
Els lesionats foren informats dels seus drets segons l’establert a l’article 621 del C.P.
No es van realitzar proves d'impregnació alcohòlica als implicats a l’estar sent atesos per personal sanitari, si bé els mateixos no presentaven símptomes.
Al lloc de l’accident s’observa marca d'arrossegament de la part lateral esquerra de la motocicleta amb una extensió de 0,9m. a la perllongació del tercer carril del Pg. XXX i després del pas de vianants.
El lloc on es produeix l’accident és pas de vianants regulat i senyalitzat, sent el funcionament i visibilitat dels semàfors correcte.
La X-XXX (police patrol number) va procedir a l’ingrés de la motocicleta [registration number] a disposició del seu titular."
