Catalan term or phrase: elevadors per a desnivells
This is listed under specific services for disabled access alongside lifts and ramps. I'm wondering whether it would be chair lifts in English but it's only a guess as I can't find any translation of the term. I don't have a wider context as it's simply a list of services without text.

If anyone can shed any light on this I'd be most grateful.
