Pantomacada Explanation: Comes from "Pa amb tomaquet" - bread and tomato, the typical Catalan way of eating bread. I imagine the "pantomacada" is along the lines of lots of cold meats and cheese and so, served with the bread rubbed with tomato, oil and salt. (Like a "mariscada", "sardinada" and so on). Wouldn't translate it. |
