Catalan term or phrase: Grup Bústia
This is from a list of all Catalonian agencies. It doesn't appear to be a proper noun, although it is capitalised.

Administració local:

Altres ajuntaments
Grup Bústia
DGAC
S Ben Price
Spain
Local time: 05:58
English translation:an idea
Explanation:
Maybe they are referring to a group of addresses in their mail program (Outlook Express or similar)? Bústia d'entrada = Inbox.

Do you think that might explain it? It could be a mailing list group they send messages to. Without more context, it's hard to say.

Maybe a literal translation 'Inbox Group' or something similar would be OK then. Have you seen the equivalent of this section in any English-language portal?

But what do you actually find IN this 'Grup Bústia'? Sorry, I am not sure if I've understood your explanation. Do you find forms that can be filled in for complaints and other types of correspondence?

Notes to answerer
Asker: AS in my two examples (one is the first discussion entry), there is a section with a topic, or name of an agency, then a list of more optics or agencies to the right. Invariably they all end with Grup Bustia followed by DGAC. I really don't know what is going on yet, your general inbox idea is the best guess so far.

Asker: Now I am starting to think it just means "email". A link to send email - could it be that simple?
