Roast cheek and ear with snails and mushrooms Explanation: Like Sheila, I'm vegetarian, but I've done a few menus in my time. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 22 mins (2010-11-03 23:12:21 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- I went down to 4 stars because I'm not sure this sounds very appetizing either... especially the ear bit... I've always preferred "Cheek" to snout as we all know where pigs put their snouts. Ah, but then who understands carnivores anyway? ;-) |
