communal kitchen Explanation: PONS Business Dict -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 14 mins (2010-10-15 14:53:58 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- също и community kitchen: http://www.communitykitchenmb.org/index3.html -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 28 mins (2010-10-15 15:08:05 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Извинявам се за горния линк, имах предвид следното: A good community kitchen offers several things: Informal skillshare-style classes in food preparation Lectures and workshops by chefs and food professionals Kitchen rental for organizations that need do large scale food prep Access to unusual or expensive (often infrequently used) pieces of equipment for members Incubation and a certified kitchen for individuals who are looking to start food-based businesses A library and resources for members to research recipes, food history and nutrition information A community space for interested foodies Some of them offer more (some offer soup kitchens, some offer food prep for ill/disabled/elderly people in the community, some offer discounted ServSafe certifications to unemployed people who can use it to get jobs, etc). The needs of the community change what gets offered. http://community.livejournal.com/davis_square/2118948.html |

Community catering; care meal provision; care catering Explanation: Също така и "meals on wheels", но този популярен етикет е неофициален. В Англия има една неформална "институция" -- "the local Darby and Joan Club" (често "Day Care Centre") -- в която стари хора ходят главно да ядат, но не само, а и да общуват. |
