членуване
use with the article; placing of the article

Explanation:
Зависи за какъв език става дума, т. е. дали членът е отделна дума или е част от думата, както е на български.

За да бъде научно издържан преводът, според мен специално за български език трябва да се каже suffixation of the definite/indefinite article. Според най-големия речник Webster siffix е: \"an affix occurring at the end of a word, base, or phrase\", оттук като глагол: \"to attach as a suffix\", и съответно съществителното по-горе.

Имам предвид suffix, а не \"siffix\", както погрешно написах.

Не бих използвала suffix тъй като той има друга функция - това е словообразуваща морфема, подобно на представката и корена на думата и служи не само за съществителни имена,а и за прилагателни и глаголи. А членуването /определителния член при имената/ е формообразуваща или словоизменителна морфема, тоест не образува нови думи, а само нови форми на думите.

Това е от мен доколкото си спомням от граматиката.

Suffixes are groups of letters placed after a word to modify its meaning or change it into a different word group, from an adjective to an adverb, etc.
