А що се отнася до "бележка", това може да е "note", "letter", а и защо не "confirmation", тъй като в случая се касае за белжка, която потвърждава това. |

| Reference: Отчислителна бележка Reference information: От препратката е виден "документопотока", използуван в АУБ. Според мен "отчислителна бележка" може да се съчини (по текст и по съдържание), тъй като една институция едва ли ще използува подобен документ, т.е. документът ще съдържа свободен текст и описание на действието. ІМНО - нещо от рода на Release Form (в смисъла на "обходен лист" - няма задължения, изрядност при напускане и т.н. Друго решение - създава се нов вид документ(а).
