Arabic term or phrase:
This appears on a Palestinian municipal map. I can't work out the meaning of تسوية
It also appears with word road طريق تسوية which I asked here: http://www.proz.com/kudoz/arabic_to_english/surveying/561396...

settled basin/ basin- settled
Explanation:

settlement of basins' disputes/ settlement of basins' affairs

settled basin/ basin- settled

Notes to answerer
Asker: Thanks a lot for your research. I also arrived at the conclusion that it has something to do with settlement of disputes as per the

El Tasswiah Basin

Explanation:
This could be the name of the area "El Tasswiah", so probably you need to transfer it as is, since this is how it is written on a map.

Example sentence(s):
  • Police station is located on the Tasswiah road.
