؟سؤالي للسادة الزملاء بالعراق، هذا البرنامج هو أحد برامج التي تطبقها وزارة العمل والشئون الاجتماعية بالعراق ، وأريد أن اتحقق من اسمه باللغة العربية : هل هو برنامج بطاقة لأنني لا أجد له مقابلا بالعربية

After obtaining informed consent, the social workers conduct the interviews and enter the information in hardcopy forms.
Those hardcopy forms are later archived in the General Director’s room, with limited access.
There is no database or master Excel sheet in which these 118 cases were entered.
There is a software database for the social welfare recipients; among the 118 survivors, those who were included in the social welfare program were also added to that database.
Yazidi survivors who were included in the Bataqa program are also recorded in the social welfare database.
