qualified Explanation: I served in the military and the term "qualified" comes up a lot. Service members have to maintain qualifications in marksmanship, flight skills, and even health, othewise they become disqualified (DQ). Still, this isn't a fitting "job title" It could also perhaps mean eligible. As in eligible for pay this pay period. |
