Asker: This does not seem to fit in this context? The first part of the sentence asks "Registrar who registered his record in the Civil Registry..." and then the last part of the sentence asks for the "House Number?" I don't understand why they would ask for the house number. And why do they ask for house number, but not "Address," as in عنوان المنزل
