his staff/his labours Explanation: his staff/his labours نعم انهم موظفي المستأجر وجواب لسؤالك عن لماذا يكتب العاملين لديه وهو مجرد موظف ؟ لان هذا العقد عقد ايجار ثابت بصيغة ثابتة وبنفس الكلمات لا يتغير وفي المعتاد يكون مالك البناية او السكن سعودي الجنسية وكذلك المعتاد ان يؤجر هذا السكن لسعودي أخر لدية شركة وفيها عاملين والعاملين يشمل هنا كل الطاقم اي كل طاقم الشركة من مدير عام إلى المنظف كلهم عاملين ولديهم عقود مصدقة من وزارة العمل وافضل تعبير انكليزي هنا هو ان نقول his staff اي طاقمه او طاقم الموظفين لديه مشمول فيهم المدير والمهندس والفني والعامل العادي والمنظف his labours هنا في حالة ان الراعي السعودي لديه عمال عاديين فقط وهو ما يحدث حالياً ان يكون هو السعودي نفسه المدير او الفني او المهندس ولا يحتاج في عمله سوى لبعض العمال يعني اذا كانت الشركة كبيرة نقول وفيها طاقم موظفين كامل نقول his staff اما اذا كانت الشركة صغيرة وفيها فقط بعض العمال نقول his labours / his labors (different between British and American spelling- both correct) |
