How is that name spelled in English؟ Though the tashkeel suggests that it is al-Hurrath, I also found it spelled al-Harth on some websites. Can someone who knows about Saudi Arabia help?

Explanation:
This seems to be the common usage as a Google search reveals.
In addition in this thesis (link below) it is also used as such.

I prefer dropping the 'Al' during translation e.g. Riyadh instead of Al-Riyadh
