The whole phrase says:
وعلى الأقل 23 جزيء جرامي
followed by %.
I do not understand why the % is separated from the figure (23 in this case). This happens consistently throughout the patent document.

The sentence is referring to proportions of monomer building blocks within a copolymer. Does it mean "percentage of the gram moleculer" - "molar percentage" or what?
