ultimately Explanation: My understanding of the context is that, rather than the technical legality of a "final ruling", the word "përfundimisht" expresses the anticipation or expectation of what's to ultimately come as passing of a sentence. Therefore, I would translate this as "ultimate sentencing to two years' imprisonment" (note the adjustment of word class required for this rendering of the phrase). Example sentence(s):
