Frequent applications with CV received --> scam?

Dear community,

since more or less a month, I receive more and more job applications with attached CV. Today at least 10 of them.

All these mails look very similar (even if the language highlighted in the header (English Spanish Canadian French Translator), the text (Dear ...., description of experience so similar) and the footer (always checked by AVG !! ??) (and the attached CVs are changing).

All these mails look very similar (even if the language highlighted in the header (English Spanish Canadian French Translator), the text (Dear ...., description of experience so similar) and the footer (always checked by AVG !! ??) (and the attached CVs are changing).
I have the strong feeling that all these applications are scams and would like to know if you experienced similar and how you could definitely get rid of them. I use several excellent firewalls, spam filter, antivirus.

It happens all the time. Just move them to the trash folder and never (!!!) open the attachments.

My inbox has been flooded with CVs this last month or so (https://www.proz.com/forum/business_issues/345976-cvs.html). I haven’t the faintest idea if these applications are legit or not because they go directly to the bin…
