Did someone experience that sometimes nothing is written in the Viewer Type section or in the Viewer ID section in the Visitors' tab?

In the last few months I had about 7 such visitors: either the Viewer Type section was empty or the Viewer ID.

Yes, support ticket was sent ... on Dec 2, 2018!!!!!! It is "pending".
