Help with redirect needed

Please excuse my ignorance on this matter - I hope someone can help! My domain registrar requires that I enter a URL in order to "point" my domain towards proz. However in the howto literature provided here on the site I have only seen nameserver, IP and ftp addresses. What do I do? Where can I get this URL? Help!
