Now both my domains have vanished

My support ticket has been closed, but nothing has been done. As a platinum member at least one domain should be free, but now there is no domain left. And nobody answers any questions.

If one of them is "schneeland" then it looks like you are back in business. (I hate seeing messages with "0 replies".)
