Please include time zone in status messages

System status for "today" says: "Scheduled maintenance on hosting server (05:00 16 Mar 2010 - 07:00 16 Mar 2010)" --- but I can't find the time zone anywhere. Is this Eastern Standard Time? Eastern Standard Daylight Time? GMT? Something else?
