I hate to bring this up in the forum, but I'm having trouble getting started with hosting in Proz. I've sent several support tickets since April, and no solution possible to my problem. Before definitely changing for another provider I put a last request:
1- I need to correctly hosting my site www.idtraduction.com. Files are uploaded in public_html but when I open the site I have the list of html files... See more

A miracle is hapened last night. I wake up and....
My website is correctly loaded
I can access to cpanel !
I can access to Webmail !
