Is anyone else experiencing this today? Emails not being received either (last email received last night), as Outlook says that "the server name cannot be found on the network".
Will submit support request now, but wanted to see if anyone else was in the same boat!

No email and I can't open my web page.
I have also put in a support ticket and sent a message to the hostmaster.
I hope it gets sorted out quickly.

Thank you for keeping us posted, much appreciated. I hope the problem is fixed soon, although it is actually quite nice not to be bombarded with emails on a Monday morning!

I am having the same problem. I am waiting to answer an urgent email. But as I am not able to download the email I can not answer it. Normally the flow of work on Monday is not much but I got a call from a client to check and answer the email but when I opened outlook ....

Servers are still down, and I need to access my work, especially on a Monday morning, which is always a "mad day".

No email since 6.45 this morning - it's nice, in a way, but I do rely on timely access to email in order to run my business properly.
Is this just affecting those of us on the Standard hosting package (included in full membership) or are those who paid for the Advanced package affected too?
