Dear all,

Thank you for your interest in the ProZ.com Argentina Conference 2009 that will take place in La Plata from September 11th to 13th!

Please note that registration for the conference will close on the 7th of September, so do not wait longer to confirm you will be attending!

Please note that registration for the conference will close on the 7th of September, so do not wait longer to confirm you will be attending!

And why not confirm now? The 'Regular' Pricing is still on until August 31st, its expiration date. From September 1st to 7th, the more expensive Last-minute pricing will be the only option.

For those who still hesitate - if you buy your seat before August 31st, you'll pay 92 USD (members) or 100 (non-members) whereas members will pay 120 USD and non-members 130 from September 1st on.

Remember to also register for the Gala Dinner that will take place on Saturday evening the 12th (all information here: http://www.proz.com/topic/142963)

Do not wait any longer - book your seat now, and join all colleagues and ProZ.com staff for this great event!

Hi Anne,

May I just register to the Gala Dinner or should I be registered to the Conference first? and when and where will the the dinner take place?

Thank you for your interest in the event! You can register to the gala Dinner alone if you do not wish to attend the conference, this is absolutely no problem.

The Gala dinner will take place on Saturday evening at 21:00. Its location is not confirmed yet as our catering provider has different rooms in 2 locations in La Plata and the room will depend on the number of attendees at the dinner. This is why there is a registration deadline for the Gala Dinner - so once its location is known, that leaves me some time to announce it and let everybody know.
