MemoQ R14 panes not showing can't import/export

Sorry, can't see how to insert a screen shot, but MemoQ has suddenly opened with the left pane (translations, tanslation memories, term bases, etc.) 'compressed' so it's spread out vertically like this

Also, half the vertical ribbon containing project home is cut off, and all the options for importing/exporting files/creating views etc. at the bottom have disappeared.

Reset current layout Jul 22, 2020

Try this: go to 'View' tab > Current Layout > Reset Current
or press F11 twice
