Does someone have a copy of the official English translation of Spain's "Criminal Procedure Act"?

I am translating a legal text that extensively cites Spain's Criminal Procedure Act (Ley de Enjuiciamiento Penal). An official English translation exists of this law, but unlike others it is sold on the website for 3 euros (several others are free...). I am translating a legal text that extensively cites Spain's Criminal Procedure Act (Ley de Enjuiciamiento Penal). No, that would be the Criminal Code, which is different than the Criminal Procedures Act
