I am currently completing my profile here on ProZ and wondered if you know of any great examples here which I could have a look at. Or maybe you know of any best practice tutorials which I could use.

It's really worth doing the webinar. It's called something like Meeting clients at ProZ.com. You can find it in the Education area. But it's also findable if you go to the About tab and choose the Site Guidance Centre. That gives a wealth of information both for translators new to the business and for established ones who have recently started using the site and want it to work well for them.

Actually, I'm not sure that's what Elizabeth was referring to - maybe there's a webinar and a video.
