My name is Gijs VAN BREUGEL Registered Court-Translator and “Expert-Immobilier Agrée” in France, attached as an Officer and Expert to the High Court of Rouen, Normandy which covers the whole of France.
Expert-Immobilier at the Court
As an “Expert-Immobilier Agrée” I am certified to provide my services as a type of Surveyor, to provide a detailed report concerning the net value of a property. These official and certified reports can be used for:
Mediator
As Expert-Immobilier I am also a certified Mediator and assist a lot of foreign clients in France with their minor and major issues concerning real estate (fences, neighbours, problems with the mairie, planning permissions etc.). I also receive court-cases where the judge instructs me to handle the case as Court-Mediator “Médiateur en Immobilier/Expert-Judiciaire-Civil”.
Registered Court-Translator
Next to being a certified Surveyor, I am also a registered Court Translator “Traducteur Assermenté à la Cour” for Dutch and English - attached to the High Court in Rouen, Normandy. Hence I am allowed to certify certificates and documents.
