search engine optimisation using meta tags and registration
The "megatags y alta" refer to the two different ways to get the search engines to rank your site highly. The metatags are in the code and the registration is where you submit your site by hand.

metatags and search engine authorisation
"alta" /"dar de alta/baja" is a recurring problem to translate, it is used for everything from magazine subscriptions to getting your electricity and water supply turned on, Social Security payments, net connections, etc etc. (Authorisation is a possible alternative to Cindy's correct answer)
