Japanese term

an American last name of ラクセティッチ?

Japanese to English Law/Patents Certificates, Diplomas, Licenses, CVs
Not a single hit on the World Wide Web. Anyone have any clues as to what this last name could be, or what it might be a misspelling for?

Note from asker:
Wow! You got it exactly, because when I entered it in with the first name it came up with the website of that person and her husband (so I know its definitely correct). You are awesome! I entered in many combinations of what I thought it could be but nothing came up. Thank you!!
