Hi,
I apologize if my request includes too many abbreviations. Not sure if I should have made separate requests for each one of them.
My guess for the meanings is (I may be wrong though):
Dx: Right
Sx: Left
ŌŜ: Left eye (the abbreviation has ^ symbol over OS together but I don't know how to type this in.
TŌŜ and ŌŜT: no clue
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks so much!

I think it's this way:
Dx = destro
Sx = sinistro
OS = occhio sinistro
TOS = Trauma Occhio Sinistro
OST = ??? It could be Occhio Sinistro Trauma
I'm not sure, but hope it'd be useful.

: There are lots of hits for "fundus OS" in google, with an indication that OS = oculus sinister: the left eye. I think you're on the right track here.

Thanks - I'm sure on Dx/Sx and OS being an optometrist... what I'm not sure about is the last one
