Hallo liebe Kollegen / innen,

ich stehe gerade irgendwie total auf dem Schlauch. Wie sagt man auf Italienisch "das Hauptverfahren eröffnen"?
Auf Proz finde ich "aprire un procedimento principale", das Wörterbuch und andere Quellen sagen "rinviare a giudizio". Ist "richiesta di rinvio a giudizio" nicht die Anklageschrift?

Das kommt in einer Anklageschrift vor, der Richter hat noch nicht über die Zulassung der Anklage entschieden.
