sighting gauge Explanation: I suspect this is the general idea, though it's hard to visualize what actual form it might take... Note this is very different from a 'sight gauge', which is an actual fluid level-indicating gauge based on a sight-glass! It sounds as if it may be used for aligning certain elements; but it's anybody's guess without knowing how it's constructed and works. |
