4. The boundary is the boundary of the land or buildings belonging to and under the control of the building owner. : Valóban jobb lehet a János által írt "ingatlan határa" helyett a "telekhatár" kifejezés, de a lefordítandó mondat második felében szerintem továbbra is kell a határvonal kifejezés is.
