Based on the text in the cited source, in which 'versleping' apparently refers to the unintentional (or at least undesirable) mixing of one type of feed with another type due to residues in the processing equipment. If you want to avoid repetition of 'contamination', you could consider 'commingling', although I suspect that 'commminging' and 'cross-contamination' are quasi-synonymous.
